		<description>Thanks Mark for the insight. It is true that one is most vulnerable when trying to help someone in need. It is more evident in the less civilized communities, but it is also good for the travel to be cautious in some areas. But without loosing faith in your kindness to help, the gratitude one gets is most grativying. And ofcourse, there incidents that can really hurt someone to the point of not ever trusting in helping anyone.
